What's our policy?
Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. (“Andlauer”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. Andlauer does not typically collect any personal information (i.e., information about an identifiable individual) during the normal course of business. We do collect business contact information such as the name, title or position, and business address of the recipients of shipments with your informed consent in order to provide our services. While such business contact information is generally not subject to Canadian private sector privacy legislation, Andlauer does endeavour to keep all such information confidential. If in the future, Andlauer has a need to collect personal information from its customers, then Andlauer will comply with applicable privacy legislation with respect to the collection, use, disclosure and protection of such personal information and will revise this Privacy Policy as necessary.
How do we protect your information?
We make sure that every online communication and transaction with our clients meets our high standards of privacy and security.
We take all reasonable measures designed to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, copying or modification. We require that corporations who do business with Andlauer obtain user accounts and passwords to access information pertaining to specific shipments on our website. In addition, the Andlauer network and computer systems are subjected to periodic reviews by third-party security experts.
While Andlauer employs advanced data encryption technology when interfacing with our customers, third-party service providers and other partners, you should be aware that there is a residual risk in transmitting any data electronically. Despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Will Andlauer ever share customer information?
Andlauer will not trade, sell or rent customer information to third parties. We also protect your privacy by limiting employee access to and use of customer information to those employees who are required to access such information in order to provide our services.
We may be required by law to disclose certain information with law enforcement, national security agencies or other governmental officials, as required or permitted by law, such as in response to a court order or a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity. Such information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
We may share or transfer customer information where reasonably required in the context of a sale, merger or amalgamation of all or part of our business or the insurance of securitization of our assets. In any such case, the recipient parties will be contractually required to keep the information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the transaction, or proposed transaction, in question.
Will Andlauer ever change this policy?
When you use online features and services from Andlauer you consent to the collection and use of your customer information by Andlauer. If we change our Privacy Policy in any way, we will post that policy change clearly on our website and revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy, so that you will be made aware of anything that may affect you in the way we use information.
